  • Selective Dissemination of Information<\/li>\n
  • Current Content list for Journals\/Periodicals<\/li>\n
  • Reprographic Services<\/li>\n
  • Circulation Service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nTaking into consideration the research work undertaken at MPISSR, the library spelt out certain fields of social sciences for enriching its collection. The fields are as under \u2013\n\nPhilosophy, Psychology, Religion, Sociology and Anthropology, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics; (Agriculture Economics; Labor Economics; Development Economics), Education, Environment Studies, Management, Social Transformation, Rural Development, Panchayati Raj and Developmental Issues, Research Methodology, Information Communication Technology and Society.\n\nThe MPISSR library has developed its collection in the form of documents like books, journals, periodicals, annual reports, newsletters, working papers and monographs. The library has over 15573 books and 2900 bound volumes of journals. The Library also has editorial pages of news papers viz, The Nai Dunia, The Dainik Bhaskar, The Economic Times, The Hindu daily.\n\nThe library receives approximately 200 journals\/periodicals by the way of subscription and\/or exchange. The library exchanges the Institute\u2019s research output and publications (including its journals i.e. Madhya Pradesh Journal of Social Sciences and Madhya Pradesh Samajik Vigyan Anusandhan Journal) with other social science institutions of India. A separate section for theses and project reports is being developed for convenience of the scholars. The MPISSR, library open to scholars Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.\n\nRecently the MPISSR library subscribed to various online data bases for its users, viz.
